Starting Out Right is the brain child of Kim Rapson and is designed to be a one-stop-shop and resource stop for Speech and Language Therapists, early years workers and parents. Kim developed this company with her husband, Mark,

The site was created because, as a Speech and Language Therapist and Early Years worker, Kim found it very frustrating to find the resources she needed to help the children and families she worked with. Her colleagues and other professionals working in the sector (as well as concerned parents) were often uncertain how to make the best use of the resources they were buying. Kim decided to do something to solve these problems by not only specifically selecting a complete portfolio of assessment aids and tools, but also making sure that the purchaser has a good understanding on how to use these products!
